It is very impressive that you measured the noise of the amplifier with good result. Once I asked ARRL Lab to do the same with A filter, not yet tested.

Part 3 is mostly filmed and on the way. Only ran it up to 900W so far because I wasn't sure my dummy load would survive the ordeal.
I just love the rainbow ribbon cable. It's so fabulous. LOL

What type of solder iron did you use for this. I have a 60W solder station (Weller) but I'm thinking I'll need something with more power and curious if you could comment on what you used.
Can Arduino based controller fast enough to protect PA board from let say hi VSWR or drain over voltage?

Tube amps have suddenly become abundant and cheap.

You can buy bare boards and build them yourself. You can also buy pre built tested boards. I went that route. KM3KM is very experienced at smd assembly.
Wondering how much 'construction' is involved? Are components, SMD, toroids, relays, etc mounted or must builder install?
Watch my unboxing video. I show how everything comes as it is shipped to you. KM3KM has done most of the hard work. Assembly is as shown in this video. Pretty straight forward.

Auto tuner, or external tuner needed?
I use a MFJ 998 auto tuner with it and a 5BTV antenna

LOGO IS NOT IMPORTANT...THE BEEP IS ANNOYING... OPEN FRAME RELAYS STILL BEING USED ???? WHY ??? THE FAN IS NOTICEABLE IN IDLE, WHAT IS THE NOISE OF THE FAN AT 1 KW WHEN IN USE FOR 15 MINUTES IN SSB MODE... I DONT SEE ENOUGH BY THE BUILDERS OF THIS AMP AND MAKE IT PROFESSIONAL VIDEO......PRICE IS GOOD HOWEVER MORE INFO WILL NE NICE LETS SEE A GOOD VIDEO THANK YOU 73.
