BTW, let me fill in the story. K' and Maxima are ex-agents of NESTS. K' was injected with kyo's dna changing his appearance. The two girls at the end were Kula & Whip. Kula is the Anti-K' would saved Southtown during KOF2000. Whip is K' sister who was previously on the Ikari team during KOF99 & 2000.
I love the fight scenes in KoF, but I hate how short they are! Kinda hope that they make an all action anime with them just duking it out on each other.
K' is so awesome. He's up there with Kyo and Iori in terms of badassedry. I wanted to see him fight more (I don't really care much for Maxima, lawl). Also, Kula looks cute.
Fuck.I grew up playing KOF at the gamestation near my house,then got my own arcade NG and like of played every team story in every godamn KOF.Not saying it as a braging,but just to say that I know that the amount of stories in the KOF franchise is too damn big and could've been converted into one awesome anime!!!! I think they could still do it :/ 25 Episodes introducing Kyo and Iori's past,team fatal fury and Geese,25 episodes for Orochi saga then 30 for the whole Nests saga,would be one badass show!!!(and There's still Ash crimson's saga left!) I hope they will bring us a new KOF along with good old Orochi as antagonist now that Ash and Saiki are gone!
+EviluatedMind I couldn't agree more. IMHO, storywise and also gameplay KoF is the best game of the genre. I read a couple of manga that was released but it was poorly writen.

@lamonumental The series is high quality, but came under heavy fire because the episodes are very short, and it took way too long for them to come out (a couple months at a time). The reason being that SNK was doing it themselves rather than work with an animation studio like Capcom does with Devil May Cry. Soon, it became too expensive with MI being discontinued to focus on the main series, so this anime was left as a mini-series.
I don't understand why they are following K' and Maxima... This anime occurs after Ash got Iori's powers right? Proof is in episode 1 where Iori didn't have his flames and looks for Ash. During that time, K' and the nest remnants are already cooperating with the Ikari warriors. So whats happening now?

yup, if he takes the glove off the fires are uncontrollable. if kyo wears it it's just another glove, or who knows maybe it'd make him weaker lol. I want to compare him more to gambit. with the glove is normal gambit with a piece of his brain missing (i think it was his brain) without the glove is before when his power was uncontrollable and threatened to destroy the world

But of course, the likes of you(like the most) just like to use the easiest characters ever in KOF.I don't hate any fighter, except for 2 or 3 fighters in the whole series. In the beginning i start using Iori,Terry,K',because i was a noob (of course), then when i get so used to KOF and known how the game truly works, i used Kyo, and god he's soo cool! And so he is my favorite character since then.
And he was coming from the other direction - going the same speed. The speed and weight of the oncoming train. Maxima I get - sorta. Not really (he should be dead too but hes a cyborg and all that - i get it). K' should be a splat of blood. Pretty dope though I guess
