Looks to be a real handy tool. I'm in the same boat as you at 5'8" and around 240#. I've always been amazed watching indian or Afghan people working in shops with no tables,workbenches,or stools. Everything is on the floor and they squat for long periods of time working at floor level. If I'm like that more than a minute I cant get back up,lol.
Is the website you linked to purchase the stool legit? It looks a little fishy, but has tons of stuff. Has anyone purchased from there with good results?
