- In this video I show you my stitching progress from the last 6 months...
First I show a few finishes back from framer for my Bee Wall...several more finishes...some of them are new starts from last time and progress on many of my WIP's:)
I have more show and tell about my Heritage Samplers..I chat a little about my plans to finish and plans for a new start.

Lori, thank you for your inspiring video. I am visiting my mom who is in assisted living. She sleeps a great deal. So I sit with her and stitch and am there when she wakes. Your video lifted my spirits today when I was feeling quite low and missing the loving mom who taught me to quilt, knit, sew clothes and stitch. Thank you. ❤

I admire your workmanship and beautiful choice of colors, patterns and cloth. I think your next book should be on project bags. I saw so many cute project bags... little ones, big ones, some had handmade pulls and charms, absolutely darling choice of colors and ebellishments! You do amazing work!
I think you should start the Busy Bee since we're in summer. I would love you to give a tour of your home or at least your Heritage walls and Bee wall! Love seeing all your beautiful work!

I love how you added to When Flowers Bloom! It came out beautiful! I've been stitching for a long time and I've never thought to do that, so thanks for that great tip! I've seen people omit parts of patterns but never add to them. Love that! You are incredible the way you can take out things and add your own to make each pattern fit your grandma's memories. Just beautiful! I stitched Blackbird Designs 'My Heart Can Rest' for my grandmother on my mom's side, and I put her birth year and the city she was born (1919 Boston MA) on it. What a great feeling when I finished it.

Never let you go has my vote for your next start. Good idea to do 1 start for 2 finishes. I will need to do something like that but maybe 1 start for 3 finishes. I really have a lot of WIPs! Love all your videos, thanks for being such a good teacher.

Never let you go looks like a good one to start but they all look beautiful. If it was me I would put them all in your project bag and reach in for a mystery grab. Hard to pick a favorite for sure.

It's likely that we are related! My Maternal Grandmother was a Butterfield from the Herriman/Riverton area. When I have gone with my mother on Memorial Day to go to graves on that side of the family, we go to Butterfield graves in the Herriman cemetery. I love the samplers you are doing that represent your own family history. Thank you so much for sharing them with us!!
