Just looked at the Airpacks and boy what a freaking rip-off (one was $1400.+), its such a shame that the industry has turned outdoors activities into a rich-mans game, us poor or struggling folks must settle for risking our lives a bit more or trusting our cheap products do the job, oh well can't let those risks keep us from enjoying the outdoors just like anyone else.

My old BD revelation 35 has served me well for many years now.

Do you use a water reservoir/bladder with your ski touring or alpine packs?

Not really, I thought about adding one to the alpine pack, but just haven't cared enough to try yet. Putting a water bladder on a ski touring pack could be a little bit harder to deal with, especially if the water inside the tube freezes on you.
