Great for a high school dance act but it wasnt on the same level as past dance acts that made it to the finals like Avantgardey or the Mayyas. I agree with Howie’s take.
This takes WAY more work than people think. It's the coordination of that many people that's impressive. They just need to tighten up their isolations and cut down on the flailing moves (and throw in a few more acrobatics) and I doubt Howie would criticize them. But they're really awesome and it's just a matter of choreo, which is not too hard to fix!

This is false. I was in the audience. There was so much screaming my ears were numb driving home. It was the loudest audience I've ever heard and I've been to AC/DC and Ramones concerts among others.
My husband was an athletic director/coach/teacher in a large high school, and as great as half time shows were, they didn't come close to this performance. These kids are so talented, and I love their energy...certainly not the typical high school performance. Awesome job Los Osos High School! 👏👏
Osos killed it!! For the people saying it's average high school---show me what other public high school is pulling together more than 50 kids to be that in sync with that much energy.
Gotta be honest, I totally agree with Howie in this case. There was nothing jaw dropping about this at all. It seemed like a half time event for a high school basketball game.
Here is the truth... They are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL... Howie is wrong, but I do actually feel his sentiment. I think he could express it differently, but I get it. At the end of the day, they deserve all of the applause and accolades that they are receiving, but will they win? ABSOLUTELY NOT... not on a talent filled show like this... but who cares.... and they shouldn't either. They showed the world HOW GOOD they are and put their High School on the map. I would love to see them perform with some group / artist at the SUPER BOWL
i agree, altho they were AMAZING, it doesnt have that "wow" in them. like v unbeatable, they had so much difficult and team dances which made them succeed in the competition

I agree with Howie,, it was nothing but a high school 1/2 time show,, they can go to Disney and do the cheerleading routine score well,, but it is not a Vegas act. Only reason so many people were screaming is because they filled the audience with their family members. Big fat yawn for me.
Agree with Howie. It's great to give the stage to young folks chasing their dreams, but this is supposed to be the best of the best. I think the year where the other dance choir won was similar to this in that more people on the stage just mask the fact that its pretty average dance moves.

I totally agree with Howie. Are they good? Yes but agt good? No. They are what I expect to see at a high school half time. Nothing to call home about. But I respect them working hard and trying to step it up. They should probably watch some other dance groups that made it through over the years.
The school spirit is amazing, so I’m happy for them on that. But to me there is way too many of them. So that limits a lot of dance moves and transitions they could do and it limits them to do basic choreography which is what howie was saying. They won’t move on I don’t think but if they do they’ll need to think of another original idea or concept for the next performance that has a story and different elements to set them apart from others
Oh my God! This is so cool and awesome! That’s some hard work put in there! I think it would be a great idea to get these guys and gals and “The Pack Drumline” together for a performance after this competition is over. I'm with Howie on this one it was nice...they dance good don't get me wrong but I felt like this was basic compared to some of the other dancers this year and all the past years on agt my opinion.
That was good that was good.. coming from a dancer for 13 years..this is what i don't get.. why Hasn't a dance group won..you dont even know the sequence..the timing..the technique..we have to do... this was everything 🎤🎤🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯... If they don't make it threw rigamouriss...👌👌👌

My niece goes to this school and is a part of the JV team so I have been to a couple of their shows. In their auditorium its a bit more impressive due to the amount of dancers in the smaller space, but on a stage like this it does not hold up. They still seem to have the same issue and that is that the choreography is just lacking. Yes there are a lot of them in sync for the most part but the moves are very generic and simple. Their transitions have never been good. Its always been awkward watching kids just bend down and run in and out of frame in the back as a transition. I honestly think some of their strongest dances they have done are the ones they do in smaller groups, even often choregraphed by the students themselves and not their instructor. Overall great vision, lacking in creativity and execution. Good job for a high school dance team, but I agree with Howie, its just that, a high school dance team.

Here’s the thing howie got a lot of backlash for pressing to many buzzers in the live shows in 2023 and he said that pressing buzzers is inappropriate
