    Hello from America , my mom she is a diabetic and have high cholesterol , I found your video very useful to me ( I do low carb diet and intermittent fasting, but not keto , I lost 10lb in 2 week ) ,( my mom is skinny from taking insulin), I try to explain to her , but she doesn’t have motivation to do it , I think she doesn’t understand the concept about how much important is keto or low carb for diabetes and high cholesterol . So please make a video about the low carb diet for diabetics patients for beginner , I search many khmer doctors show , they never explained all the detail . I think your show will help my moms a lot as well as many Cambodian American who have diabetes . ( because they can’t understand English) . Thank you so much and god blessed you
