Beautiful pieces! I do have a platinum and diamonds ring from my great sunt too! It was her engagement ring. And she left specislly for me. And it means a lot for me! It has a special place in my heart. So I perfectly understand you when you talk about your great aunt s jewerly. I think we are lucky to have and treasure them. Thank you for sharing them with us! ❤️
The pendant is a Italian malocchio, it’s a horn that’s worn to protect against the overlooks, or the Evil Eye. I’m Italian, but I don’t have one for some reason. Was your Aunt Italian? If not, whoever gave it to her wishes her good luck, because that’s another reason why they are worn. 🙂
Thank you!!! That is so interesting- I had no idea. As far as I know she was not Italian. She was definitely a jewelry lover and collector though. She also traveled quite a bit and may have picked it up on a trip. I wish I knew more! ❤️
On the subject of the pendant with the missing diamonds; you can order loose diamonds for a fair price at bluenile.com. This way you could have your local jeweler reset the diaminds and just keep the pendant, it is really pretty. Beautiful jewelry collection. Cheers! 😊
@@LittleBlueJewelryBox I hope you do, too. That pendant was my favorite; it's such an unusual design, it would be a shame to melt it down because 2 stones were missing!
I would take the diamonds out to make something else and would have jeweler put CZ on the gold pendant to appreciate the design. Thats what I did with my stud diamond earring since I was so afraid to lose it. I made a ring with two .3 pt diamonds with big oval aquamarine in the middle and put good quality CZ put on the earring so I can wear them without fear of losing a diamond. It work out beautifully.
Wonderful lovely collection. My favorites are the “Greek Key” design necklace and the pendant. I feel it would be a shame to melt it down. Perhaps you could replace the missing stones. Enjoyed the video very much.
you have a great voice for videos.... how do you store and access your massive jewelry collection? jewelry box, amorire? the piece missing two diamonds would look amazing as a ring, maybe move the bottom diamond to the right and it would be a stunning ring
Thank you so much!! That is a great suggestion about the turning the pendant into a ring! I actually have a large sized jewelry box that I store all of my pieces in. I don’t keep them in their pouches to save room. I will do a storage video one of these days. 😊 Thank you so much for watching! ❤️❤️
Thank you so much! I would link if I could. Most of these items were either inherited, gifted or purchased secondhand. That second ring in particular was a second hand purchase and I am not sure who the maker is! I wish I had more info for you. Thanks for watching.
Aside from the beautiful jewelry pieces that you have, I can't help but notice how hydrated your hands look. Haha Hope that's not weird but how do you keep your hands moisturized? Mine are fairly dry most of the time.
Please, don't melt the gold pendant, that would be a crime against jewelry design! It's so beautiful that it took my breath away, you really need to give it to a local jeweller to replace the stones... Even without them it's still gorgeous.
I agree that is probably the best idea for that pendant- especially because it was passed down to me and I think she would have liked me to hold onto the integrity of it. Thanks for watching!! ❤️

Thank you!! I have been trying to figure out what that pendant was. Thanks for watching. ❤️
I think it is supposed to be a good luck symbol. 🌷
That makes me like it even more! Thanks for letting me know. 😊

Would you be willing to put links to the jewellery where possible in the description? E.g. the second ring you went through looks amazing! :)

Little Blue Jewelry Box no problem! Thanks for the reply :)

The yellow gold chili charm is an Italian Horn.
Thank you!!

I think you meant marcasite, not malachite on your ring, and your spiral chain is called a Singapore 🙂
I did!! I misspoke- caught that when I watched this back but had already uploaded it. Thanks for the chain info!! I had no idea.
It’s Ver-May not ver-meal and those are marcasite chips not makachite.
👏👏👏👏 ¡¡¡¡ESPECTACULAR!!! DESDE CHILE ❤
