If hc gives bail in IPC 302 as section 439(1) bcz chargesheet is not filed yet...so after filing of chargesheet is arrest mandatory? Bcz from session they got default bail and after filing application in hc ..high court convert this default bail Into bail as section 439(1)...please clear my doubt

Sir as far as reduction of amount of bail bond is concerned,there is a separate section for governing it i.e sec.440...So in my opinion sec.439 doesn't talk about reduction of amount of bail bond.
