Hubby and I went out to a few garage sales yesterday later in the day. Deep in the back of a garage was hanging a Veronica Beard blazer which included a Dickey and cuff knit set, a New Rag & Bone parka and a few cashmere sweaters. All for $4! I about past out. Lol. Had to share because my husband just didn’t share the excitement 😃

Went to a church rummage sale last week. Wasn’t expecting too much. Walk in, all clothing was 1 dollar. Then I search through the plus size rack and find nearly 50 items of nwt Catherine’s tops and pants! Was super happy! Lol

Women in the 50s and 60s wore a "housecoat" - sort of a light robe, almost a dress - when they were spending the day at home, and therefore didn't need to get dressed up to go to town. The other term for a housecoat was "duster." It came to just below the knees.
Ah!! That makes sense!

I am having a WICKED time with eBay. Recently purchased a cross listing software (from Posh- EBay) not sure if it’s paying off or if I’m wasting money. When did you start to see changes? How many listings/day?
I started seeing a difference after I started listing consistently every single day. It usually takes a few weeks for sales to catch up to listing increases. I think I started seeing regular sales when I was listing 10 a day.

I love polymailers from upaknship. I just ordered cute Christmas prints. I have been using them for over 3 years and never had a problem with the polymailers. Checkout their website.

That Percival shirt is definitely a mens. Something to remember on shirts is that womens buttons are always on the left side, mens on the right side. 😊

Dusters don’t have to be on the floor. Boomer here. A duster was an overcoat like a smock that women used to dust in. It became a fashionable over jacket to trousers like a suit jacket made with higher quality fabrics in about the 1970s. Boomer here.

When I’m trying to determine whether a shirt is for men or women, I hold it facing outward on my chest and button it. If it feels natural, it’s for women. If it feels awkward, it’s for men.
Just curious- if you or the other girls decide to pull something for yourselves do you just do the buy cost or do you pay what your asking price is?
If the girls want to keep an item we have them pay 50% of the asking price. It's a rule we made and it works!

When you talk about pricing, are you referring to what you will list at or what you hope to get? Like do those prices leave room for offers for you? Thanks as always!
What I will list at. We don't pad for offers except on poshmark because we can't control offers being on or off.
