DCS world has given me an entirely new fondness and appreciation for the Tomcat, it has such a presence and it's power and maneuverability belies it's size. It's control and systems idiosyncrasies have me believing it's that rarest of things, a machine with a soul. I adore flying it, particularly the campaign you collaborated with Reflected Simulations on. It's a masterpiece. I'm not an American I am from the UK but I thank you for your service, I am humbled to see the experiences of your time in the military.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. My books give a good idea of the "negatives," such as sometimes working weekends and six-month or longer deployments, as well as the dangers. But for me Naval Aviation was worth it all. I felt very fortunate.

Indeed. I am glued, I work with radar for a.... not small firm, and Bio's talks are fascinating.
