Iran promotes terrorism and oppresses its own people. The people may be great but certainly not its leaders. Many countries create their own problems.

Absurd. BRICS will be like the UN. No one will agree on anything and nothing will get done. It is all just for show and optics against the West. Total BS.

The double entrance of Saudi Arabia AND Iran is the apex of hypocrisy because they both have Human Rights issues on WESTERN VIEW. BUT this AGENDA does not CONCERN the BRICS group, SO this South African journalist is more incline to WESTERN thinking than her country...
And for me the Iran Representative defend his Country using OLD arguments he is used to deflecting the critcism to Saudi Arabia (a clear BIG ERROR) for two recent allies countries.
Insted he must CHANGE the derection of the talk questioning just the human rights SINS in the US, France, UK against immigrants and their own minority's like Blacks and indigenous people!!!

I’m so happy for Iran and BRICS. As an African American man, I’m pleased to see the family of nations coming together.
I also have to thank the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan for opening up my eyes and opening up the eyes of millions of African Americans people throughout his lifetime teaching us the Bible and Quran.
Farrakhan has long lived to see this day as I am too.
After the Million Man March in ‘95. Farrakhan went forth on a World Friendship Tour to visit all the nations on his itinerary.
The leadership of Iran allowed Farrakhan every access to speak to them. Even military leaders. Then they wanted Farrakhan to speak to the entire nation of Iran in their public square.
Farrakhan opened up the eyes of many of these world leaders and they’re seeing the light.
    They’re coming together!
They know now, that it’s the white man who keeping them all fractured and separated from one another.
Farrakhan told the world to UNITE!!! And together we can stop the madness of the United States of America.
Apparently, they’re listening and it’s coming together. Our families and children will see a new dawn on the horizon. Once America power is defeated, blacks will finally go freed from her oppressive hands.
Thanks for all the nations who support the idea of BRICS and decided to join on. I think getting the Nation of Islam onboard might present a little trouble but it would e great if China and BRICS can come meet Farrakhan and help us to build our cities, schools, hospitals, infrastructures, rebuild factories, get our young folks off the streets and out of prison by giving them something worthwhile their time and energy.
Black Americans can turn over a new leaf and become a joining force within the BRICS organization.

the Shia Sunni thing was never a thing, just like the Muslim Jewish thing... These are the natural differences that exist amongst all human population scattered throughout the globe. From time to time, depending on the circumstances, governments and people in power will exploit these differences to create a facade inorder to be able to engineer the public opinion that suits their interests and helps them achieve their desired objectives in the least costly manner, through selling their cooked up narrative to the majority of their target audience, both nationally and internationally... Meaning, although Shias and Sunnies have there differences of opinion, they don't hold any animosity towards each other and generally speaking, they've been living in peace next to one another for centuries, same as the Muslims and Jews and Christians alike... Unfortunately, the Machiavellian cutthroat immoral manner of most western powers in their conducts vis-a-vis the rest of the world in the past few centuries, coupled with lack of education, awareness, information and general tendency towards ignorance that the majority of the world population has been, currently is and most likely will continue to suffer from, go hand in hand with most of the bad omens and atrocities as experienced by many nations around the globe for as long as the recorded history... Consequently, any rapprochement amongst the nation states across the globe, will help eliminate or reduce the chances of exploitation of any naturally existing fault lines that may exist amongst different societies, hence less unnecessary and distructive clash and more prosperity and growth amongst those societies.
      Hope it helped.
      With Love from Iran 🇮🇷

Sanctions from the US don't get canceled
But with iran joining in this alliance, they can trade with these countries easier
BRICS have been created because of the US using the dollar as a weapon.

Joining strong countries with a huge future, such as the countries of Egypt, Iran, the UAE and South Africa, will create a global balance of power and a multi-control economy, and this is better for developing countries and emerging markets.

regarding human rights, while their own human rights records are far from ideal!

the Shia Sunni thing was never a thing, just like the Muslim Jewish thing...
    💪🇮🇷👊✌️❤️
