Mark I really appreciate how you’re not frightened about showing your emotions for your dad , I lost my dad a couple of years ago and I get emotional all the time over the smallest things , I thought there was something really wrong with me , I’m nearly 40 🤦🏻 it just shows it dosnt matter who you are or how old you are we all share the same emotions, keep up the amazing work love everything you do 💪🏻

Unfortunately, I lost my father in 2021. I still have moments like you do out of nowhere for no reason at all. I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich the other day and wanted to call my dad and tell him about it because he would have loved it! Then realized I couldn’t and broke down. It never gets easier you just get more used to it unfortunately. They are watching down on us though brother, I know that for a fact! Thanks so much for the continued entertainment Mark, I love watching the channel. Everything you do is genuine and you aren’t trying to make up drama or storylines, you are just being yourself which really shows thru and makes everything so authentic and relatable. Wishing you continued success!
The reason you even had the perseverance to do this trip alone was because of your dad. The fact you took a minute to recognize him ON CAMERA shows how great of a man he was- and still is. He can see what you’re doing and I’ll bet he doesn’t like to see you upset thinking about him, he prefers to see you filled with joy and pride!

I needed to see this, it's very emotional. I lost my Father in law two days ago who lived just outside LA on the 15. I dropped my wife at Heathrow yesterday to fly back 5500 miles back to LAX. So I'm sitting at home on my own. Thanks Mark.

I lost my Mum just before covid all happened, and I still cry. Just means he had a big impact on your life mate, it's all good! Respect for including it in the video, and all the stuff about being out of your comfort zone and missing your family. I've got loads of time for people who are real and say it how it is so good on you mate.
Best thing to do here in the US to find a car in that price range is to look at classified ads ( facebook marketplace, Craigslist, newspaper, etc) dealerships are always way more than that :)

Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your emotions, I lost my dad March this year and struggling daily, he was my dad and my best friend in 1. I'm in my late 30's and thought I was sad to cry daily but you've made me realise its perfectly normal and OK 👍

Mark I have lost both my brother and parents dad first then mum due to illness, I miss them dearly... certain things happen in life and Its not the same anymore, it's not a case of if it will get better with time, you just learn to live with it a bit better. This was definitely at least the 6th best video I've watched of a man driving across a desert eating a dessert in a gold car whilst chatting to his wife in another country this week!! Superb. That car was awesome and the only fatal mistake was not bringing the gold nob extender back to the UK to serve out its retirement as a McDonalds saver menu delivery wagon for filming missions and as a back up/support car for the "I drove my convertible mini with no soft top through the Cairngorms in a Storm" winter special. I use the word special here carefully because thats exactly what you and this video are and were haha.
It's been emotional from start to finish. If I don't make a TH-cam comeback after watching this then I never will. More motivational than a football boot to the heeeed from Sir Alex Ferguson!!

Just so you know, it does get easier with time. I lost my Dad when I was younger and the same thing happened to me for a long time. I still think of him in times like those but it never makes me sad anymore, just happy that I'm doing him proud and that he's living on through me.

When you mentioned about your dad it's crazy because I lost my nan this year in March, was really close lived with her she was amazing, I have never been an emotional person being 29 old man, but since my nan passed away the way you mention how you do anything you just instantly remember him that's the exact same as me but with my nan it's just crazy to hear you mentioning the same experience ❤

In my experience, you can always get your money back or damn near, if you buy at a reasonable price. However, waiting for a serious buyer doesn't happen over night, especially when it's a niche type vehicle.
Having not watched this video, I think your going to have a hard time selling this vehicle for $8k in a limited time span

That 'ol Stinkin' Lincoln looks like it's in great shape for it's age and I was pretty positive it wouldn't have any problems getting sold. I didn't think it would sell that fast, though.

Hi mark.When you loose someone its easy to let it get to you but loss is like a rock it will drag you down if we let it but over time the rock will get smaller much easier to carry it will fit in your pocket as a constant reminder of the ones we lost it will allways remind us and there is nothing wrong with this rest in peace your dad.take care and all the best to you and your family.❤
