The emotional vibe went from the inside of a smokey high-end bar to someone telling their loved ones that "Everything is fine." while blinking out S.O.S. in Morse code. (Hoping this goes under the "Show more" for spoiler avoiding) "Faith" being a shadow fey absolutely checks the box of "attempting to seem like their your only friend in the world". Looking forward to being able to see more of both of these characters!
@@NomesASMR I've just had to micro-dose my Faith intake like someone who only attends the first 5 minutes of mass. Her whole feel reminds me of a poem we read in a course I took on Faerie folklore from the perspective of a sparrow that's watching as a bunch of fey try to lure a child off a farm and into the woods. The mental image of these creatures that are just Wrong, too thin or too tall or too long, looking too beautiful to be natural peering down from tree branches and crawling amongst the roots like spiders while singing about giving the human child "everything they'll ever need again" still spooks me to think about and really matches Faith's whole vibe. If I ever need to deal with the Faith in my life again, though, I'll make sure to remember an iron horseshoe and some salt. Can't hurt, right?

Something is terribly wrong, it's so obvious. Faith hides something important from the listener. It gives me to understand that she is only using it for a personal purpose and (dare I say) revenge. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll see, but right now... I don't have faith in *Faith* . Ava may be the only one to trust, but even she says it's better not to trust anyone. Good series by the way, very immersive.
