[2A03, 0CC-Famitracker] 99.9% Noisy(Accelerator Character Song)

Started this cover in Feburary, 2017 with vanilla Famitracker in order to experiment with arp and duty-changing instruments.
Soon abandoned because I cound not deal with the intro.
However, the announcement of Index 3 just cheered me up and made me finish this cover with 0CC-Famitracker.
I may have overworked on this cover and cannot improve it anymore, but I know it is poor instrumented(especially the noise channel) and may cause your ears to bleed. I'm really sorry for that.
