I don't think it's possible at this time. I rename the Space I want to remove as "zDelete" which places it at the bottom of the Spaces list. Hope this helps.
Greetings, I am currently exporing the spaces function, but I noticed I can't actually delete spaces that have been created in the spaces tab. Some of these spaces seemingly have been created by the evernote team themselves.... I was wondering if you know when evernote is going to enable to fucntionality to actually delete spaces in the spaces tab?
Thanks for these good news. Are these spaces another level of hierarchy in Evernote? Until now there are the Stacks with Notebooks inside and each Notebook has Notes inside (Stacks > Notebooks > Notes). This was a limitation of Evernote to support only 3 levels of hierarchy. Are these spaces now another level like: Spaces > Stacks > Notebooks > Notes?
Hi Dave ... when on your next call with Evernote ... maybe you could ask them why the most basic function of exporting a PDF from a note does not retain proper spacing and format ... after all of these years as a paid customer ... Evernote will still "not" create an accurate PDF document as it appears in the actual note ... and yes, I have written to them over and over ... I'll never understand why this is not a "foundational" feature they should correct ... so many good changes with the new takeover, but still one can't export a true PDF doc .... maybe your voice would make a difference ... as always, appreciate your videos!!
Thanks for this video Dave. I took some time to play around with the new Spaces features today, and started to get really excited when I saw that the underlying architecture allowed for mirroring of data at more than one location in my database. However, I now see that this is managed at the hierarchy level of Notebooks instead of with standalone, individual notes. Over the years I have minimized my dependency on Evernote folders (Notebooks), so moving a mirrored copy of one of my (large) Notebooks into a Space is, unfortunately for me, not particularly useful. If you would like to share my thoughts on your next call with the Evernote Experts Group, I'd be really interested to know if anyone else has expressed similar feedback... or if I fall into an outlier category... wouldn't be the first time (LOL).
I've used Evernote for a million years and run my life with it but parts of it still really frustrate me - just out if interest what do you use instead? I tried One Note but I hate it, never really looked at what other options there are.
Any idea how to delete a Space?

How do I delete a space?
You can revoke access to any note in a space.
Suggestion: If 'Stacks' could be moved to a 'Space", this would be a super powerful feature!
Thanks!

Thank you for explaining the SPACES feature. How do I show my "Work" SPACE view on my Evernote HOME page?
Add it to your Shortcuts ? I'm not sure if Spaces can be displayed on the "new" Home UI yet.
Perhaps a new Widget needs to be developed by EN...?
Thanks for these good news.

Agree. I have to go to File --> Print --> then Custom select all the pages except for the first one. Time waster....every....single...time

Spaces do not segregate _namespaces_ for notebook names, tags, etc.... they do not create a separate _context_ for notebooks. 😞
evernote was good back in the day everyone has caught up its now obsolete
