When I got money the first thing I did was make sure my house, my cars and everything that could be paid off was paid off. All I got is property tax once a year and the normal phone, power and TV bills. Be smart with your money, don’t live in debt or off credit cause you get in a bind you’re fucked. You lose all that shit quick when you can't pay….

When you BUY a house, you almost never pay a Realtor! The seller of home, 95% of the time actually pays BOTH Realtors 5-6% total. Plus you get the perks and fiduciary agreement with a brokerage and an agent especially if any type of legal recourse comes into play with the home, wire transfers, issues with the title, insurances, and tax credits etc. Also having a professional assist you in negotiating the price of the home can be immense.
It’s no secret why Fetty went broke and then recently pled guilty to selling Fent, Heroin and cocaine.
