Uhh hello i dont know if laptop windows 10 works (not mac) but when i tried to update it by using itunes it keeps repeating after getting updated then stuck to its restore again is there any more method to works in this situation? I use hp dk0002
When I chose to update, the update bar is not progressing ive been sitting waiting for it to at least show a bit of progess but its still “preparing for iPhone software update”
when i hold the side button to exit recovery mode and release when the apple logo appears, it just goes back to the recovery mode screen immediately. pls help me!
@@bytefurther I have the similar problem i ran it through itunes ans finder after the rest is done it would load completely normal and goes back to infinite loop Its not the battery either
@@raphdamuz8972 3 days in rice then i took my iphone to a repair store to fix some broken parts, turns out the on/off button was malfunctioning so thats why it putted itself in Recovery mode Screen.
Connect your iPhone to the computer and open iTunes or Finder. A pop-up window should appear with Update and Restore button. If not, click your iPhone icon on the left sidebar. Then, click Update button and finish the following steps to update iOS. Once done, the Restore screen should go away and your device boots up normally.

Make sure your iPhone doesn't connected to any computer. Then, press the side button until the recovery mode screen disappears.

@@roonsters6298 If the reset doesn't work, take it to Apple store to examine.
Apple needs to fix the problems theyre causing by making this type of stuff so difficult for anyone and everyone to accomplish.

Idk if this will work because i accidentally dropped my iphone into the water.
Edit: oh, i think my iphone has hardware issues.
If you've tried al the steps in this video and the issue remains, then it could be a hardware issue.
