- This is the all-new Mercedes MAYBACH GLS 600. The Maybach GLS promises to be a lot more than just a more luxurious version of the Mercedes GLS. Cheap it is not, the Maybach GLS 600 starts from £160,000 in the UK and USD 165,000 in USA. Mercedes-Maybach GLS. Under the bonnet of the Mercedes Maybach GLS 600, we have a 4.0L V8 biturbo petrol engine with mild hybrid drive. It produces 557 hp and 730 Nm of torque with a rapid acceleration. So does the Mercedes-Maybach GLS have it all?

I feel grateful to my previous GLE owner, who chose lots of rare options on a GLE, such as 3D Burmerster (same with Maybach), ventilated seats with message function, ion/air fragrance kit, beige interior, rear sunshade, rear climate zone, 7 seat setting so the 2nd row has seat adjustment buttons, 21" alloys, HUD, AR navigation, etc.
With a fully-loaded CPO GLE at less than 1/4 of a GLS Maybach's price, I feel it's worth every penny compared to a GLS Maybach.

Another cracking review Anna. For once a car that not only has the target use as a VIP people mover but is also a a great car for the driver as well. I confess that I'm not a huge fan of the exterior but the inside looks sublime. It's great that you had the assistance of a chauffeur Magdalena to cover the rear comfort as well to show us the rear set comfort while driving. As usual the superb editing and camera work is outstanding on this one. A top job Anna!

Hi Anna, I've commented before that Mercedes do make a nice cabin, and that one looks pretty swish. The car is all round impressive, but it looks like a hearse! Excellent video as always.

Hi Anna! I have to ask you as a test driver and it applies then Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 and Mercedes AMG 63 GLS, is there that much difference between these two models than the particular Maybach brands that talk about it being the flagship or are they worth the extra money ??

Impressive vehicle, would not expect any less with Maybach. The interior looks amazing although the white leather could be hard to keep, but if you can afford to buy and run the Maybach a good valet when it needs it will be small change. At £160k it could be a rare enough sight on the roads, Thanks for sharing it with us Anna, excellent work as always.
Thank you very much Andrew. To be honest, cars from a press fleet really do get some battering, the car was several months old yet the condition was excellent.
White leather is not "hard to keep". Mine wasn't a Maybach but a more 'ordinary' fully loaded Mercedes with white genuine leather, and I don't recognize any issues at all.
Or do you have a s**tty car but it's only masked by your car's interior colour (and the colour of your clothes etc.)? No: whenever your interior gets dirty you just clean it, no matter what colour it is.
Jeans will colour the white leather a bit over time (mine got very slightly noticeable if you look closely after about 6 months), but you just use leather cleaner and conditioner as you would anyway as that's what you have to do at least twice a year, and it all comes off completely.

Finally, a classy car to match a classy Anna
Inside is fabulous especially with that contrasting blue dress and pink nail polish resting against the white leather. Very nice. The V8 sound among the best and the overall look, not bad for an SUV. One thing I noticed that would not be acceptable on this price level is the amount of orange peel on the paint. It is very noticeable on the close ups. This should have been sanded and buffed for the ultra smooth finish. But I'll guess most buyers that would own or lease this would not care because its just some nice wheels in their collection.
No Car is worth 177K Euros/Dollars/

Glad you got rid of your driver Anna , I was very uncomfortable watching you for once as with no seatbelt on I was praying she wouldn’t jam on the breaks and send you face first into the seat back , your gorgeousness deserves to be maintained 🙏
Nice to see but not for me , all luxury cars are too much of a worry down the shops or even to park at work , be heartbreaking to see dings and scrapes on this

The struggle must have been really bad having to drive and review that Maybach ;-) hahaha. Absolutely spectacular review Anna. So what did you do to make your mic so grumpy? ;-). So is the Maybach GLS 600 the perfect SUV for the perfect lady? It looks and sounds absolutely divine especially in sport mode. Looks so luxurious inside and out and those 23 inch alloys and that stand out grill and those foot plates coming out for easy access and I love the idea of seeing the bonnet in front of you and that Mercedes badge on show. But that interior is to die for and I don't care how many cows died if you get an interior like that. good on you for launch in it but it was a shame you didn't do it with the Rolls. Just Outstanding numbers from that 4.0L biturbo hybrid engine, As for the climate activist I would say to them that I'm feeding the trees with my carbon dioxide. hahaha. Well when you think Mercedes can't go better Maybach smash it out of the park. But I wish they put the Maybach 6 into production because that was something else. Anna you definitely not a bimbo, you are a very smart and amazing lady. Thanks for showing your new SUV ;-). Amazing video as always.
