Ace City ke peeche baut builder flat hai lekin koi bhi rehna layak nahi hai sirf ashoka green ke alwa (but quality issue still with Ashoka Green).
Request to builder please work on quality and spacious, nowadays builder wanna make money.
I have almost visited all builder flat and experienced below
Main Problem of all builder flat behind Ace City till stellar jeevan.
1. Poor Construction quality
2. Poor Fitting items including Electric Cable, Washroom Fittings
3. Congested flats with no air ventilation
4. Flats look premium with cheap shiny material used all over the flat including door and kitchen which get wear and tear in 1 year.
5. Tiles and Marble are too shiny to attract customers but very cheap quality.
6. Leakage issue & water issue.
