Sir🙏🏻, Started following your videos recently.. my D1 & D4 has Scorpio ascendent. In D1 rahu in 4th house, saturn in 6th house & mars in 11th. In D4 mars in 2nd house, saturn in 3rd house & rahu in 4th house.. Please clarify, commercial property will be better or residential?

Dear Sir,
What is the next divisional chart session, will it be D5?
In D4 example chart Sat is not aspecting the 4th lord Jupiter but mars is aspected by Jupiter. So with out sat aspect on 4th lord in D4, can a person buy property.
