What is the right time to get a property? The best time to get a property is when the starts and planets allow in Astrology. People ask questions like "when will i get a property? when will i buy a property? will i get a property in astrology, and this video is a detailed answer of finding out when someone will be get a property. Getting a house or home in astrology is seeing through the 4th house, 4th lord and Mars. Mars is the karaka of property and land and it's position in the horoscope needs to be very strong in terms of giving someone property. Saturn is another strong indicator of getting a property as it's signifies construction of property. But the most important thing to look for in astrology for property timing is chara dasha and matrikaraka, incluing all the raj yoga and dhan yoga being formed in 4th house or with 4th lord.

Jupiter shows a home too, especially when Jupiter transits over itself, but it can also mean move to an apartment. For a home Mars, Jupiter and Mercury should be strong in D1 and D9 and should form a raj or dhan yoga.

5:15- Pavat pavam- 4th from the 4th, which is the 7th.
5:33- look for dhan or raj yogas involving the fourth lord, or 4th house in D1
6:34- look at the D9 and D4
7:21- pay attention to ascendant of D4, the fourth house and mars.
Mars = property,
Saturn = construction,
venus = convenience,
Jupiter= wealth
7:57- any planet sitting in the 1st house of the D4, its mahadasha will be the strongest indicator of getting property. Any planet in the 4th house- its mahadasha is also a strong indicator of getting a property.
8:12- Look at Matrikaraka in the rasi chart and see where its placed in the D4.
8:51- see if your matrikaraka is forming a raj yoga (jaimini).
11:45- 4th lord in 6th house (strong/with yogas) you will gain money through disputes /divorce /buying diputed properties.
4th lord in 8th house (strong/with yogas)- through transformation or domeones death, you gain a property.
4th house in 12th house (strong /with yogas)- property in foreign lands
4th lord in 3rd house- (strong/with yogas) create a real estate company with your own efforts.
16:05- charadasha (jaimini lessons 1-5). Matrikataka and the sign that it's placed it...if it's well placed, it will give you property.
Turn your chart to the side.
19:23- look at the navamsa
D1- 4th lord 2nd house
D4- 4th lord 8th house. I know I'm inheriting my mums house.
D9- venus 4th house libra
This is freakishly right on the correct timing. I have only Ketu in D4 As and Saturn is my 4th highest planet. I bought my first house in Ketu-Jupiter-Venus Dasha in 2008. I was struggling with GFC and all. I was on short term contract work. It seems stupid to do it at the time but I was determined to put roof over my mother’s head. She hated the stupid house because it was small and that is all we could afford. My BP is in the fourth house by the way. I bought it with the mortgage and when Saturn visit my fourth house that is when I will be paying it off. I don’t know much astrology. But I bet you if you look at my chart, you will get even the day I bought correctly. Forgot to mention that during the period of house buying transit Saturn is visiting the house natal Saturn is in.

The ruler of my Fourth House is actually Saturn, and as Saturn was passing my Second House, whose ruler is Mars, and conjoined my natal Jupiter, I acquired a studio in North London.

Not sure I understand this well, but I have Venus in the 4th house, and I bought my home during Venus/Venus mahadasha, so something has worked out.
When I study all this infirmation, even if I do not get the home or prooerty, I have learned a lot about astrology. Knoewledge is a kind of property, too. Says someone who have a strong 9th house.
Even more simplier it is to use my time learning how to make money. Jupiter in the 11th house in Krittika naksahstra could help me to reach the goal. When I have the money, I can buy the house. Or plan and build it, I am an arcitect in any way.
So accurate..i have rahu in 4th house in d1 and its mahadasha started in 2017..also rahu is in d4 ascendant in leo..6 months after md of rahu started..we started constructing our own house..about to move there in a month or so..
Ps-i have rahu in aquarius in satabisha(its own nakshatra) in d1..

Hi Kapiel - In "Jagganath Hora Software" 3rd highest degree planet is marked as "MK" and not 4th highest for me. I am wondering if we consider Lagna degree also under this concept including Planets.

1. Is a Maha Dasha / Antar Dasha results judged based on its Shad bala and Ishta bala?
2. Using Jamini Chara Dasha, how do we judge a dasha of a sign where there are no planets placed in?

Oof. This is the most complicated thing I've tried to understand TT. My 4th lord is in the 4th of Scorpio. Not only that... but I have my Sun, Venus, Jupiter, Rahu, and Mercury all in my 4th house as well. I only hope this means I will gain property but... I am a Virgo ascendent in D1 and D9. Jupiter (16 deg) and ketu (3 degree) in 8th house in D1. Jupiter alone in 9th house in D9. My D4 is Gemini Asc and Jup is with Rahu in 11th house.
