Kindly tell me that gulf air officially also mentioned that if your lay over is more than 7 hours and less than 24 hours then your hotel at the airport would be free also ?
@@arslanshamoon8073 thank you for the kind words, that means a lot, on 10 hours stay may be you wont get a hotel stay, but check with the reception desk “long waiting period” because I have availed it once on 24 hours layover

Thank you so much for acknowledgment, it helps me in making more such vlogs ❤, yes you can stay longer in the city, only thing you have to be careful that tour bus will go back to Airport, you would be coming back on your own to AirPort later
Do you want to take your handcarry with you for 18hours out in city? Yes it’s possible you can take it but be careful that when you would be back, you will cross the security check again, it will take sometime so keep the time margings

I have a question regarding the tour bookings on Hello Bahrain. I noticed there are two options: Tour A (09:00 to 12:00) and Tour B (20:00 to 23:00). According to the guidelines, it's advised to report one hour before the tour starts.
Now, my situation is that I will be landing on February 20th at 9:10 am and departing at 8:20 pm on the same day. Considering this schedule, how can I manage to report to the Hello desk one hour before my chosen tour time?

They have mentioned that 1 hour thing, but in my group i have seen some people have joined in last minute, lets say you are only 1 or 2 people they will adjust you without problem, in case large group appears then they need to plan the rides accordinlgy, so you can go there and talk to them

In their terms and conditions they have written now that the person should be eligible for visa on arrival!! And you mentioned that no visa is required what's the actual thing?
Eligible for visa? Isn't it means just traveling with valid passport & destination country visa, what else they would be checking in this case I wonder, anyway on counter they would check only your next flight ✈️ boarding passes plus destination country visa & duration & they would allow you to take the tour, it wont be much complicated
No!! Transit visa is a thing if you step out in any non motherland country you must have a visa for any purpose you're going there even for travel the visa isn't required untill you're at aiport but if you're stepping out then a transit visa is required they have specifically mentioned the travelling person must be eligible for visa on arrival.
I wish I could add the screen shot of the terms and conditions they have mentioned in the restrictions section.
@@meghasingh5088 yes, as i have mentioned in the video, you don’t have to worry about it, they will provide you transit visa, we were group of 8 people, 4 of us were traveling to Europe, 1 was flying to UK 🇬🇧 & 2 were Amerca, they have issued free transit visa for one day & offer us a free tour

What if you have cabin bag or hand carry luggage. They provide the facility to leave it in airport? How you can explore the city with that luggage?
Hello, yes they will provide you one luggage room, they will escort you there, you can drop your handbags, cabin bags etc in there and when you would be returning from the city tour, you would get it back.

At the end of the tour, can we stay back in the city and come by ourselves to the airport if we have more layover time? Or have to end the tour at airport as in you mentioned the visa was free because of the tour so made me think it'll be controlled start to end
Hello Anudeep varma, i am glad that this video was helpful to you, Basically we have asked the same question from our tour-guide, he informed that yes it is possible, you can stay in the city but you have to be there at the Airport at least 3 hours before flight check-in, they have one list and he was marking the names on the list, i belive that at the end of the tour he must be submiting it somewhere, anyways if it marks that you are absent in return, still once you would check-in back, it will be settled

I have 6 and half hour transit. But the time of tour is 8pm to 11pm. And my flight is one hour after the tour will end. Not sure I should go for it and miss my flight 🙂So the question is that are they really finishing the tour in 3 hours and return back on time to airport? One hour will be fine since no immigration, check in process is required. And I am travelling business class as well.
Like when i have done it, they make it sure that tour would end in 3 hours & we would be back in time, 1 hour is really close call, if there would any traffic jam or something you could miss your flight ✈️, so think it again or discuss this with their staff members (offering visits)

Yes, with private taxi you can also manage in this way, that you would start a tour with them & end this tour a little early & come back AirPort
Hello sir, my layover time is 19 hrs after this tour, how can i spend remaining time, visa is available to stay outside?
Yes, visa would be available but only problem is their car would left if you want to stay longer, they could drop you near any good/Metropoliten area and you would have to come back on your own
