BONES- two pareital bones , squamous part of temporal bone and mastoid bone
4 SUTURES- sagittal suture, lamdoid suture, occipetomastoid and parietomastoid suture
lambda- presents the site of posterior fronatnelle
obelion - 3rd eye
FORMAINAS- parietal formina (emissary veins ) and mastoid foramen (to sigmoid sulcus inside - passage of meningeal br of occipetal artery and emissary veins)
External occipetal protrubrnce.. attchment of occipetal belly of occipetofrontalis muscle and ligamentum nuchae
Sup nuchal lines- attachment of trapezius and SCM ..
Sometimes highest nuchal lines also present
Inion also seen on external occ protrubrence
