If your looking for top methods and advice, preston never fail to deliver! A cut above the rest, every time I click onto a video I get the urge to get down the lake and av it large! 💯🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
Good video. Hard to judge how effective these methods are when the video is released, as we move into early spring you can see late autumn leaves on the trees. Please please try and publish these on a more timely and relevant window.
Good question. In previous preston videos.... and from other tackle firms of course, I have heard you cast around to find where fish are in winter and what depth in water column, but gotta be some expert knowledge
As this lake has a large head of fish, Neil simply chose a clear spot to fish. On larger, low stocked venues having "exploratory" casts to find the fish are essential

Used to fish Earlswood as a lad, with Bill the Bandit the bailiff, train from Small Heath on my own I was 13!
i remember bill used to have to go to his little shop type hut to get floats and line, back in the late 60s
@@martincox3946 on his bike! Yes late 60’s for me as well!
Great video, when was this actually filmed as looking at the fishing platforms behind the water is well down.
Great video, no doubt, but "winter"? Look at the leaves on the trees 😆
I know right…. He definitely sold that rod as well 😄
Nice video, it just sound like he is running a marathon with the noises :)
Great video Neil can you please go into how you go about finding the right area to fish how you go about it.

Wonderful video
winter !!
Great video ! Was that a Centris reel or something new ?
It was a Centris :)
Was this really winter? There are a lot of leaves still on the trees, and would we catch as many fish while having to put each one back. Mmm?
Yes this was filmed in January!🥶
Why he winding backwards his reel?😂😂😂
Backwinding he is? F1 carp he does catch
PMSL looks like Autumn
It was filmed in December....
I guess that if you are sponsored by Preston your allowed to use keepnets in a non match situation then,? Rules for me and not for thee
Get a life Alan mate
Always been like that when people are filming mate
Most places allow it when filming
Don't be a bell end. He's filming a feature
How many Preston sponsored clips have you watched to only just notice this.
Read locally it’s full of snags from chopped down trees being chucked in the lake. Poor management of the lake.
We didn't experience any issues on the day, it's a great venue!
