By far my favorite fast food restaurant. Not only is the food incredible, and priced well, but their customer service is seriously the best in the entire industry. I’ve only ever had them mess up and order once. I noticed the mistake once I got home to eat and called the store so I could get a replacement. Not only was the manager extremely apologetic but she actually offered to drive the replacement meal to my house!!! I couldn’t believe it. That’s some serious customer service. I didn’t want to be a bother so I told her don’t worry about it, but let’s just say that Chik Fil A has raised my expectations for customer service across the board.

chick-fil-a is just like In n Out, good simple food, not trying to be fancy or over-done, and their customer service is amazing, never ever had an issue and if there was something wrong, they fix it right away with no questions asked, a great business.

I worked for a chick fil a in the BOH kitchen area. Really liked the experience and the way I learned to make their chicken sandwiches, chicken salads, and breakfast. Will never regret working at a place like that, most likely I would go back to it when I’m a senior lol.

Guys I work at CFA and we also sell BLT's at around 3 for $4. Just ask for a bun with a side of bacon, lettice, and tomatoes. It helps when the employee meal goes down or you want to eat a bit healthier. Plus its tasty

It’s true they marinade their chicken in pickle juice. I marinade some chicken breasts in pickle juice for 3 hours and later fried them. They tasted just like chick-fil-a chicken.

For anyone working at Chick-fil-A at the breading station, it’s easier to just use your knuckles (Avoid getting the grilled nuggets since it has residue from nuggets stuck in the cracks which is what the black stuff is, and if you want a fresh salad, add a variation like no cheese or something)

i cook 200 rotisserie chickens a day at work. The reason why you can’t get the same flavor at home is because all the different chickens are touching each other before cooking, swapping different bacteria and juices all day long. this is how that deep, rich umami flavor is developed.

My big complaint about Chik Fil A is that they stop selling chicken biscuits at 10 in the morning. Those biscuits are so much better than the buns the sandwich comes on. They should just stop selling the sandwiches and sell the chicken biscuits all day long.

I worked there for a few years a long time ago and the fried chicken is not brined or marinated in anyway. If you order a fried sandwich with no pickles, you will not taste any pickles. They did marinate the grilled chicken and that did use pickle juice, but that was before they changed their grilled chicken recipe; I'm not sure if they do it anymore.
