This is a type of TAS known as "playaround", in which the player/s can do anything in it, like using infinites, abuse exploits or glitches, do random stuff, etc. The idea is to show off and be creative with the run itself. Think of it like an "anything goes" run.
EDIT: just to point some random stuff:
- 7:13 it looks like ryu has sabretooth cornered although they are in the middle of the stage, but the screen doesn't scroll until a few second later.
- 7:31 sabretooth switches to charlie, but enters from the opposite side of the screen.
- 9:26 when selected, both ken and gambit don't perform their "selected" animations. This happens if you move and select a char in the same frame if I'm not mistaken.

They were reacting to some average as TAS video. Even non TAS combo videos are more exciting than that was. There were heaps of "resets" that just hit the CPU which tricked the two watching into thinking they were special unblockables or something.

😂 they def do, the collection is literally arcade roms, no modifications, all glitches, nonsense, and infinites still in

I mean you can do Japan version only glitches if you play Japanese versions of the games.

@@RocketZX Air Cyclops fierce punch doesn't wall bounce, it sends you straight down.
This is not the classic version I played on the arcades from 1999 to 2003 and then emulation.
This is the "other" version that removed the combos.
Some remain, I never knew the reasoning for that change.
