That sounds like the next video! Thanks! You can use the D7 arpeggio shape but start on the 7th fret, 5th string instead of 5th fret. If you play every note up two frets that will change the arpeggio from a D7 to an E7.
Yes, but the A7 arpeggio notes(black) are good target notes when playing over A7 and the D7 arpeggio notes(pink) are good target notes when playing over the D7. You can play the whole scale through all of it but starting or ending a lick on a chord tone always sounds good!🙂
Another great video. Your pacing, demonstration, description--all on point. Nice work!
Much appreciated! Thank you!
Great!! What happens when you go around with E7 Chord

So any note of the swing scale can be played over both a7 and d7 chords? Help!

Great content and description but it would help if you wore a lapel mic.
Agreed. But then I would have to have a lapel to clip it on!🤵🏼♂️
too slow. just play it and not say this finger goes here and the pinky goes here etc. that's very tedious.
Thank you for taking the time to give your constructive criticism. I will consider being less tedious in the future. 🌞👍
