Ingredients for One Skillet Lemon Dijon Chicken:
►5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
►1 tbsp salt n pepper
►1 tbsp garlic salt
►1 tbsp smoked paprika
►1 tbsp everyday seasoning
►2 tbsp Dijon mustard
►2 lemons 1 sliced & 1 juiced
►1/2 onion
►olive oil
►2 tbsp butter
►2 cups fresh spinach
►fresh thyme to taste
►2 tbsp minced garlic
►3 ounces goat cheese
►1 1/3 cup chicken or bone broth
►1 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Harvest Blend
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cool Time: 40 minutes at 350F
