    My professor is clueless as to how to teach this to students that aren't math related majors. You have once again kept me from failing a Statistics test. Thank you sir

    your lead concentration is your dependent variable and the stations and seasons are the independent variables - the amount of lead in the sediment DEPENDS on which station and which season. I hope this helps ( and hopefully I am right about that)

    Very useful clip, but question is Two Independent factors (without Replicates), do we need to calculate Interaction? I saw Excel Data Analysis without Interaction.

    Hi great video. I had one quick question. I ran the data in SPSS and Jamovi and got a significant result for school level 4.75 just at a p value of .05. I did not hand calculate. That’s why I ran it in both Jamovi and SPSS.

    For school he considered 1 and 30.
    How are we getting this 30?
    Can someone please explain.

    how did you obtain a and b ? a=2 and b=3 but why? what a and b means?

    • @DudeSkip
      @DudeSkip 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      alejandro alarcon a and b are the levels for each factor. a = 2 since there are two levels for students (college and high school. b = 3 since there are 3 levels for dosage (0, 50, and 100mg)

    If I analyze for lead concentration on marine sediments and I have 4 stations and I'm doing the analysis for two seasons, would the number of stations be the dependent variables and the two seasons the independent variable?
