Hi @raytores6773. Is it a Linea Classic or Linea PB? Steam Boiler (SB) & Brew Boiler (BB) are independent so it seems you have some problem with the BB circuit. The electronics in the Classic are very different to the PB so too is fault finding. I would start by checking safety thermostats which can be easily reset (find them on the BB for a PB or group cap for Classic). From there I'd be checking voltage across the BB SSR for a PB or the Contactor or PID (if fitted) for a Classic. Then moving on to checking impedance through the element or possibly board issues. May I ask the size for the Teflon ring ( diameter and thickness) Knob is shaky .Thank You

I got a 3 head linea 3AV mazaroco has hot water has hot steam but when you want brew coffee is cold water in all 3 heads? Help
