I'm pretty happy this morning! When I woke up my new female lyretail molly I have in quarantine just had a dozen babies and they're super cute with different colors. Then when I opened the lit on my tank I saw my first clutch of golden apple snail eggs under the lid! I'm gonna try to incubate them and see if I get a bunch of new baby snails. This is my first time having apple snail eggs so I'm super excited! 🤩
First time viewer. Just searched for and found a clutch on a FL canal and want to hatch them in my inactive in-ground pool. Your video was the most helpful in finding multiple ways to do it since I did not have the materials that other videos listed. This is awesome. Yer beautiful and u love critters and not trying to kill all the snails. Thank you!!!

I just use 32oz and 16oz deli cups and a piece of craft mesh. you can either cut the bottom off both cups and use suction cups to attach it to the grow out tank or leave the bottom on the larger cup and transfer them after they hatch
LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. you inspire me to have all the animals that i have and to save even more animals that i have saved! ive raised baby squirrels and raccoons and ive got a house full of pets :) you should do a house tour video though! also very interested in how you afford to take care of all your fur babies!

I want to breed them and I going to catch some other snails. JackilynHasEeman .......lol it.def hurts and crabs and lobsters omg and even shrimp they hurt too but i guess they have a right to pinch they were probably one of the ones that got awAy when the men and women went out and captured their family members to become some ones 300 dollar dinner....so they are starting to.fight.back.....ok jk..but being serious now they all really.do hurt pretty bad they're some that actually are so strong the claws that they can pinch a finger off as they grow and.become bigger and.sometimes they pinch you hard enough to go get.stitches but id take stitches over no finger any day
So I have a bunch of snails in my 65 gallon. And my boyfriend had the lids open for a couple days and we didn’t notice that our snails laid eggs we think they were laid yesterday because we haven’t noticed them until last night but they’re a creamy white color and they were dry. I ended up spraying the tops of the lids down and closing it. Will they still hatch or did we accidentally kill them?
So I made the yogurt container incubator and I just check in it today. One of my clutches hatched! And had babies all over it! I moved it to a Tupperware with conditioned tank water in it and put in some dehydrated brine shrimp and blanched greens....I can’t see them moving at all so I’m really nervous they were in the incubator too long. Can any help?

I have land hermit crabs and watching you get pinched made me cringe. Omg, like seriously, that has to hurt. Maybe try feeding with tongs lol.

Fyi I covered the tank lid opening with a plastic bag to create more humidity in the meantime
How about for ramshorn snails? They have to be submerged and need to be warmed right?
I found a snail in My bathroom and took it outside to my garden with some other group of snails. Hope they can adapt to their surroundings.
