Imagine you wake up and see erik normark in your garden camping making coffee. I wouldnt say anything I would just join and drink coffee with him in silence.
Tusen tack, Erik!
I use Google Earth to find your outings. I’m in USA Northern WI and love to explore your natural areas through your eyes. I felt like an animal in the wild viewing the train from nature. So cool....literally! Thank you for sharing.
You captured the stunning ways frigid air and snowfall bend and scatter light, especially the artificial light from human activity. That is unique. Even a horrific drilling platform in the arctic night can be dazzling, like your trains. I worked in O&G exploration on the Northern Plains in North Dakota and Montana in winter. And know that new-to-it winter hikers and backcountry skiers watch and indulge in your every move and bit of organization. Watching and learning. Thank you for another unique video and story.
I just love your videos, sir. The train shots (especially at night), the falling snow, and the trees at the end, were simply beautiful. I freeze my ass off just watching, but can't look away.
the flickering snow in the darkness and the trains passing by-magical- would make a great relaxation video, I love your channel, I am so happy i found you
Erik, about the last thing I would have expected to see in one of your videos would be trains! That being said, I loved it! I'm a big train fan myself, so this video was a real pleasure to watch.
Very nice to see your Hilleberg tent in the snow. Such a cosy a safe shelter. I use an Unna during my sea kayak expeditions, very happy with it. Those people in that passing train must have been impressed seeing you camping in the snow.
Snoooow snow snow snow no snow yet, a bit of frost yes, no sno mayhaps in a day or so... .. the sound of snow is even better than rain.. a good watch and listen as per usual
Compliments!!! You are an artist with a camera. Love the train travelers in the dead of winter, you make it so lively and the morning train, just lost for words. Are you afraid of anything, I am asking this with a biiiiiiiiig smile, are you?
As I watch this I am in South Georgia USA. It's August with temperatures around mid 90's with 100% humidity everyday. When I saw you putting up the tent and getting your sleeping bag ready, I thought to myself, I'd just lay down in the snow. Great video!
Amazing video like snow ❄️ storm ⛈ like sounds of snow ❄️ falling and wind 💨 Nature under snow looks gorgeous and most nice 👍 time coffee ☕️ time Thanks 🙏 Erik for your really hard work and sharing video with us 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👍👍👍👍💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
One of the things I appreciate about your channel is that you are not constantly (if ever) reviewing every single piece of gear you own - or should I say that these TH-camrs are given to review then keep.
Beautifully crafted film. Of course, the visuals are each uniquely gorgeous, but the audio recording is the best any one-man filmmaker produces anywhere.
I like the way your trains sound like they are going the opposite way and that you have no music and you don't talk rubbish as though you are a celebrity 😉
Beard and mustache are way cool. Thanks for the shots of the trains and beautiful scenery but the climate is way too cold for me. Sincerely, Jeri from Texas.
It's sad that we don't have a lot of snow in Korea this year. I think it is a very rare winter to have snow. Watching your video, I get comfort. Thanks Erik.
It’s amazing that still today Hilleberg are one of the only tents that have the outer fly already connected to the inner tent. All others get the inner tent wet when setting them up in bad weather.
nothin like cold campin' gettin your fort tightened up for warmth, a nice hearty primitive dinner, maybe a movie on the portable dvd player then a backwoods cigar (HEHE), then slumber for a bit curled up under a fine warm blanket....gnite folks......make sure the coffee is ready at 5 a.m. then repeat
Great video. No scripted nonsense just the sound of the trains & "crunching" thru the snow. Gear set up. Snow melting. Night. Day. Poetic. Subscribing. Expect the same excellent quality.
Evening buddy 😁 from England. I wish we could have some over here lol. I got a snowy camp last year it was good as a test. Thanks for sharing mate ATB Andy 🇬🇧
Hi Erik,I'm subscribed and liked this vid my friend! I go "wild camping" a lot but hav'nt done much filming. So I must say you and your peers do so well to record your adventures when the weather conditions are pretty bad.I cannot imagine how patient and diligent you must be(pre planning, protecting equipment from temperature fluctuations and same with moisture!).Despite all that you make great records of your adventures, thanks for taking us all with you . F
Erik, just another work of art! We would be disappointed with anything else. The trains gave this piece a new element in your creative instincts. I would love to know what kind of head torch you were using that could be turned off while wearing those mittens. How you keep us looking for your next adventure.
The sound of snow falling on the tent canvas. It's about 30 years since I last heard it. Thanks for reminding me.
Nice sound for sleeping!
It's not made of canvas anymore... but the sound made on the nylon is very comforting to me.
Imagine you wake up and see erik normark in your garden camping making coffee. I wouldnt say anything I would just join and drink coffee with him in silence.
I would kicked his candy ass down town to China town
Me Too Love It!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Wdym kick his ass!? This dude

Ashish Negi why do want to do that to the chillest dude
Im a big fan of your works. Thank you for delivering the peaceful tranquility.
Those train shots are amazing, very dramatic and well filmed. Thank you
Your videos are so much better than the videos with a guy rampling on and on about nothing.
wonderful, I love watching snow falling at night with light..it's like travelling through space.
Tusen tack, Erik!

I can watch this all day - I'm currently on a Erik Normark video binge
Why was there no steam coming off the hot coffee?
Me too!
Get a life...... ☆Happy☆ ♡Valentine's♡ ☆Day☆
@@billdickson1142 The coffee gods are punishing him?
Your videos fuel my dreams, thank you Erik. Peace
Bro that's fill not fuel
Hot dreams require fuel.

Thanks Rob for your comment. I appreciate that.
The cold air and snow flying away from the train with warm orange light inside, great quality video. You took me to Sweden again Erik👍👍👍☕️☕️☕️
Thanks Dave :)
I just love your videos, sir. The train shots (especially at night), the falling snow, and the trees at the end, were simply beautiful. I freeze my ass off just watching, but can't look away.
the flickering snow in the darkness and the trains passing by-magical- would make a great relaxation video, I love your channel, I am so happy i found you
Glad you like it, thanks Alexandra :)
Help Erik, thank you for sharing another award winning video. I really appreciate each one of your videos. Always take care out there.
🤗
There is nothing quite like camping near an active rail line - something soothing in the sounds of the trains passing by in the night.
Erik, about the last thing I would have expected to see in one of your videos would be trains! That being said, I loved it! I'm a big train fan myself, so this video was a real pleasure to watch.
The footage of the train going by 3 minutes in is incredible.
that's not a train that's the annunaki running off with the latest gold shipment
he was supposed to be there to stop it and hold them up like dick turpin what did he do? make a cup of tea
imusbcraz the train is almost levitating on top the super chilled iron rails and the sound is amazing
The length of that passenger train tells you this video was shot in Europe.
Peaceful. Thank you once again, Erik. Love your format.
Erik, I would gladly take a Holy Moment in such surroundings. Thank you, Martin
That's so cold... Amazing that your tent was directly on snow... Beautiful video and wonderful sounds...
Sempre bei filmati, a questa volta con un tocco in piu'. Un tocco ferroviario da un ex ferroviere! Grazie Erik.
Very nice to see your Hilleberg tent in the snow. Such a cosy a safe shelter. I use an Unna during my sea kayak expeditions, very happy with it. Those people in that passing train must have been impressed seeing you camping in the snow.
Something totally calming about the sound of snow crunching underfoot. A slow smoothness.
Une ambiance, un style, de belles images, un beau pays et un bon travail vidéo et montage.
Bravo
Snoooow snow snow snow
no snow yet, a bit of frost yes, no sno mayhaps in a day or so...
.. the sound of snow is even better than rain..
a good watch and listen as per usual
Just beautiful 👍🏻😁🔥🌲

Great Vid Erik, The scenery is stunning.

Thanks Daniel. Snow makes the winter more fun!
The new trainspotting channel! Cool effect in the dark.
It’s amazing that still today Hilleberg are one of the only tents that have the outer fly already connected to the inner tent. All others get the inner tent wet when setting them up in bad weather.
Omg, I love the train so much!
Pleasure watching your videos
I bet the travelers in the train had no idea there was a man camping out there in the middle of winter as they passed by. Haha
Thanks for sharing
