The first time I ever saw Breaking Benjamin and Fuel in concert was together in a small venue in Baton Rouge which was one of the best concerts I've ever been to
They very well may have seen it. They watch reaction videos to their songs (probably more so right now with quarantine) and sometimes even share them on social media. It would be pretty cool if that's what happened.
Dude lol that was my first thought as well. I immediately thought wow this dude got them to upload the official video. Lol definitely not a coincidence
The man in the video carrying the giant concrete pillar was sentenced to death by public self-drowning for infidelity. The woman who picks up the rose is the woman he cheated on his wife with. She's the woman crying in the video with the veil.
This was all over my local active rock radio station back in 2004. I just saw fuel last summer, they were touring with Theory of A Deadman. The flashbacks to high school were real.
Thanks for the reaction. I am a fan of both Breaking Benjamin and Fuel but had never really made a connection between the two. Will probably never see BB live as Ben won’t fly but saw Fuel in Auckland a few years back and they were awesome.
Just came across this video. I love both Breaking Ben and Fuel- both of whom are from Pennsylvania! Breaking Benjamin hails from Wilkes-Barre, and Fuel is from Harrisburg. Add in the band called Live, who are from York, and Halestorm from just down the road in Red Lion. I know there are more, it's crazy that Pennsylvania creates such great rock bands (yes, I live in Pennsylvania too, but sadly am talent-less in comparison to those mentioned)!
I saw Breaking Benjamin post this video and I legit thought the same thing! Side note, you should react to some old school Finch...not sure if they ever made it to Australia but you'd probably like them.
From a lifelong BB fan - if you like this you need to hear some more of their songs. Strongly recommend Had Enough, Sooner or Later, Dear Agony, You, Failure, Unknown Soldier, Medicate, Phase. I could keep going but really recommend these haha :)
@@Plazzeh Breathe is my favorite BB song!... with Sooner or Later coming in second place. I love Dear Agony... but which version do you like best? OG or with Lacey Strum?
Loving your Breaking Benjamin reactions Have you excerpt heard Poets of the Fall? They're not as heavy as this but their songs are spell-binding Also, if there are any Bowling for Soup videos you Haverhill seen, those are always good for a laugh
Ben is such an amazing singer. But that kind of makes a lot of people overlook how amazing their entire band is. Guitarist, drummer, bassist. Everything. That's why they stand above a lot of other similar bands in my opinion.
Have you heard Dear Agony? Both versions? The OG and the version ft Lacey Strum. You have to hear them. I’m happy you have found Breaking Benjamin and I have enjoyed your reactions to them. 🙌🏼
Well I am months late to see this reaction but outside of the solid headbanging I just heard "See ya bro" at the end when he went under and laughed my butt off lol
Me too about Fuel, but that sound back then..you can hear similar in both Staind and Disturbed depending on the songs. I think there were similar sounds all those bands were doing back then. And myself, I JUST discovered BB as I never got into them before just hearing Far Way with Scooter ward. And the reason I listened to that, was because of Scooter ward from the band Cold. After that I went and listend to all of the BB albums and made a bb mix of like 40 songs. That's crazy to find that much good music that I COULD"'VE been listening to all this time. Anyways..nice review. you got my like :)
@@Roguenjosh yeah I'd suggest wasted years, suffocate, bleed (ft. Arron lewis of Staind) end of the world, stupid girl, no one, just got wicked, and gone away (one of my favs of Cold).
Breaking Benjamin is pretty consistent with the quality of their music. They are my personal favorite band. The outside media paints them as samey and downplays their impact in the rock arena. Bands like Icon For Hire, who are a completely different genre, cite Breaking Benjamin as an influence. If you want a more mellow alternative band sound wise, but just as heavy lyrically, check out some Blue October if you haven’t.

As great as this music video is (and this is my fav BB song), I absolutely love the early Machinima video for it "I'm Still Seeing Breen" th-cam.com/video/nq5EnEa7Mg8/w-d-xo.html Filmed entirely in the Half Life 2 game. Its kinda low quality, for obvious reasons, but its still fantastic
God I love Breaking Benjamin, was amazing listening to "Blow me Away" while playing Halo
I Love that Rock Era. The Best!
Check out "Blow me away" from Breaking Benjamin. Preferably the one without Valora.
I chuckled when you said the bass player was a Korn fan. The first time I ever saw his playing stance I thought the same exact thing lol
Oh, trust me we've wanted it for ages ... I think we just gave up hope that it'd ever actually happen
The first time I ever saw Breaking Benjamin and Fuel in concert was together in a small venue in Baton Rouge which was one of the best concerts I've ever been to
That would have been HUGE
Amazing voice! My goodness!!!
They very well may have seen it. They watch reaction videos to their songs (probably more so right now with quarantine) and sometimes even share them on social media. It would be pretty cool if that's what happened.
Hopefully they upload a higher quality of ‘Breath’ music video, too
I’ll have my people call their people
Just listen to the live acoustic verison on utube with the red wall behind them . dosent get better then that .
Dude lol that was my first thought as well. I immediately thought wow this dude got them to upload the official video. Lol definitely not a coincidence
Ben’s voice is crazy awesome. Still pissed I missed his concert!!

My favorite band of all time. Try 'Topless' from them.
This was all over my local active rock radio station back in 2004. I just saw fuel last summer, they were touring with Theory of A Deadman. The flashbacks to high school were real.
Damn I’d love to see Fuel
I had this album on repeat for like a year straight when it came out 😂 🤘🏻
This is a shortened (radio) version compared to the album version. The intro builds up much slower on the album version.
"Remix" when it's actually the original :P
Notice the Breaking Benjamin logo carved into the log he’s chained to.
The famous Celtic Knot seen in EVERY album cover art.
I loved Fuel too back in the day. Great to see more Breaking Benjamin, and they are awesome live.
Thanks for the reaction. I am a fan of both Breaking Benjamin and Fuel but had never really made a connection between the two. Will probably never see BB live as Ben won’t fly but saw Fuel in Auckland a few years back and they were awesome.
Yeah you're right, Fuel - Sunburn was a front to back banger of an album, so damn good. Glad you gave this one another shot!

I love Live as well! Unbelievable that they all started so close together!

Oh sweet!

Shallow Bay is definitely one of my favorites! You should definitely check that one out =D
I was waiting for this

I wonder how many people pick up on the Just Like Clockwork music 🙃
So cool that they listened to you too aha
“Cya Bro” 😂😂😂
Both Fuel and Breaking Benjamin got their big breaks in Pennsylvania!

Teli, yes. Ur my kinda people
I was hoping you’d see this!
They still don't have the official Breath video uploaded to their profile.
I recommend the next Slaves song you react to is Secrets. The ending is something you won't expect.... 👀
You should react to Forget It by them. It’s amazing, trust me
LOL this isn't the recorded version. It was cut way down to fit video time constraints. Listen to the actual album if you want to hear the FULL song.
React to pretty much anything from any album you can't go wrong
id say fuel is more like shinedown and pop evil especially their 2013 album
Breaking Benjamin is much like Nirvana, try hearing the end part of Nirvana's Rape Me song...the same words are screamed 8X
Hola amigo no entendí nada jejejejeje pero buena reacción
De breaking benjamin
Saludos desde Mexico df
dude, you have to check out Deftones-genesis. they dropped it a few days ago and its amazing!
Oh damn, sounds good to me!
@@Roguenjosh I really think you will love it...the synth..the screams...
