Tried several times for not getting field of choice column , any alternative way

@@sanskritisabhayta yeah you need to use AddColumns function and create a text field of same kind
Example: Department is a choice column so I will create a text type column naming New_Department
Code below
AddColumns(datasource, New_Department, Department.Value)
Now New_Department will be visible.

Yeah If don't need detailed analysis of data, then you can use inbuilt chart visuals in Canvas App
