Strength progression is just as he said. Leave the ego at the door. Listen to your body - it will tell you what it likes, how it reacts to the exercise and weights. Some weight exercise might be increased within 3 weeks some will increase in 6-7 weeks when progress happens - youll know to up the weight. I do this. I'm strong but don't show it .. I'm 54 and no issues with muscle or bone density. I was trained old school - schedule varies, exercises vary, weight varies. When I pick up a 10lbs dumbbell my strength/grip is pucking up as it were a 50. Just easy. He's absolutely correct - never lose form! - if/when you do lighten the weight. Strength will happen!
I've tried the Zorro in the past and it is fantastic. Some of the other movements I have never seen before, and I've been training since I was 14 and turn 60 in three weeks. My right shoulder is bad and have been following Dr. John Kirch's shoulder protocol of very light lateral raises for high reps + hanging from a chin bar. The rear delt cable pull, no matter how light I go, is out of the question due to pressure in my head that started 7 years ago. There is also a herniated disc in my neck. I read in Steve Reeve's book, his recommendation for the older bodybuilder to train lighter with more reps and for me, who was a Mike Mentzer/Lee Labrada disciple, sets of 15 reps is a big change for me. At the moment, I am using Vince's 6 X 6, which is fantastic but I get strange looks, not because of the exercises but because I throw pennies on the floor after each set so I don't lose track of how many I've done. I couldn't afford to hire Danny as a trainer, but I would purchase a book/video if he ever produced one.
I'm 63. I'm 6ft 1 and weigh 265 at 11% body fat and have been working out for over 40 years. I train high intensity, but I would like to try this styal of training. How would I get a full workout

I absolutely loved working out my shoulders muscle 💪!! My best body part! Lol but Mannn now it's becomes difficult now because of Rotator cuff pain... But I will try this it looks awesome thank you 💪💪💪👍👍😎
