This film is so underrated. Like Anastasia it was clearly made in the mould of Disney but is its own animal and a lot of effort has clearly gone into it. It has a genuinely epic feel, the animation is beautiful, the villain is both funny and legitimately threatening and the songs are beautiful. I think this might be my favourite because it just contrasts so much with all of the others. It’s completely individual, which is symbolic of the characters. I love Devon and Cornwall, they’re one of my favourite comic duos; they made me laugh so much as a kid with this song and they still do now that I’m a grown man. Whoever had the idea of casting a Brooklyn comedian and frigging Eric Idle as brothers in an animated fantasy movie is a mad genius.
It's honestly so nice to me that you can hear the individual parts with headphones(Devon on left, Corny on right). Also this is my favorite song in the entire movie. An unpopular opinion, I know. But it's just such a fun song for me.

Maybe it is a little out of place for this film but it is such a funny song and the visual jokes really do work. I suppose they put it in due to it being a Warner brothers film.

I have a pair of OC's based on these characters. They, like their inspirations, are conjoined twins and have names inspired by real places (Florence and Tuscany), but are humans on a pirate crew, and the Cornwall-analogue is female.
