I have owned both bikes. There is a couple problems with this vid. One: The Rally pro (which is what the 890 adventure should be compared to) has a quick shifter. Two: The 890 is a KTM. My 890 had problems with the quick shifter, valve cover gasket leak, css seal leak, brake master cyl leak, coolant leak, an electrical fault code, moisture in the TFT. All this within the first 3000 miles. Tiger 900 RP zero issues. Start, ride, repeat. 890 may better off road, but the Tiger is a far superior all around machine imo.

You can add factory quick shifter if want - option costs $375.
I had a Tiger 800 and now own a 890 R. The 890 R is a far superior bike for on and off road riding.
you should have compared the ktm with the triumph rally pro, the gt is an other segment. So this vid is useless
I don't think KTM should have won weight considering lighter is better loool.
GT pro also has Quickshifter
It’s a 900GT, not the Rally Pro, so not an equal comparison! Triumph is a much better built machine, with superior assets.

Comparing apples and oranges. GT is NOT THE RALLY PRO that the KTM ADV R should be compared against.
This review should have been done against the pro model.
