For me as I gained enough power, disc "speed" is the thing that matters the least. I stack my discs based mostly by stability, then hand feel, then maybe wind/torque resistance is then thing that I take in consideration last. Some putters or mids are going longer distance for me than some other fairways drivers. A Teedbird in speed 7 for me goes as far as a Boss/Nuke/Catalyst/Sherriff in speed 13. Hyser shots I prefer one rim shape, whereas flat/anhyzer shots I prefer different shape. Forehand is another story as well. All comes to personal preference I think. Some people can't throw very fast discs, so they might have different "best" disc in the same speed as another person 🙂
You want a great 6 speed disc, get the Kastaplast Kaxe and/or Kaxe Z, in the K1 plastic. I bag both but tend to lean on the Kaxe Z...... Also in the 9 speeds check out the Daredevil Discs, Wolverine. That disc is SOOOO nice!!
@@discgolfteacher I use it for all sorts of shots but, mainly for straight peircing shots and also has taken the place of some fairway shots since it is a 6 speed. It is a very reliable disc.
