that plant foot distance is too far for amateur course teepads. We'll have 6' long pads and you're doing the x-step across the back lip of the pad where you're having to step up 4 inches. In the open field is different but when do you have to do a max distance 2nd shot

You should try to keep your feet parallel for your entire run up. When you x step, you’re stepping backwards, which turns your hips away from your target, and you have to swing the disc around your body rather than creating a path for the disc the entire coil and uncoiling

Just don't overthrink it. Chuck it how Chuck Norris would and you'll be alright. Maybe flatter disc throw. Then follow through naturally

Just make sure more of your hand is over the top of the disc than under the rim is what I have been doing.

One of my major life goals is to rip distance drivers nose-down and 400 plus Been playing disc golf for over 20 years, but that golden drive hasn't clicked yet. As for putting, I'm no good, but I don't care or practice.

Is it just me or do the discs look like it’s too down as in other videos you’ve mentioned you want tip up? I might be wrong maybe the tip is up. Maybe in a head wind we want tip down? TYIA

A couple disc suggestions 1. MVP Fireballs 2. Discmania splice 3. NSH Reliants And with your 3/4 sidearm motion try the NSH 8472 upside down, I think you'll be amazed

$23.69 at Home Dp. Schedule 40-1"PVC and 8 connectors. Still better than an $50+ overpriced "disc rack " online.

There are 2 more tips: 1. Push the thumb down, the so called pour the coffee . This works for some. 2. Supinate the wrist, roll your forearm so your palm is pointed up. Hold the disc and make the same motion. If you do this at the very end it is the "turn the key" movement, but this creats OAT (off angle torque), so just as with the grip tip here, set tbe grip and your supination amd hold it. Another way to practice this is to loosen the wrist and arm and hold the disc vertical in the reach back back and rotate it horizontal as you throw. This creates a ton of OAT, so smooth it out once you get a feel for it.
