There are so many games that have music created just for them, just look at Nier or Xenosaga. The japanese especially go bonkers in regards to creating music for their games. Even something that basically started out as something like an indie game like the Touhou series has its own music (which you should give a listin to).
Each character has their own theme when they fight in game. This plays whenever you fight other than the themes devoted to specific bosses. Also Dante was the original main character for the series but as of DMC 4 the spotlight is moving more to Nero. Mostly cause Dante is so OP at this point that it's insane.

Nier: Automata has an amazing sound track. They had this idea of making the songs in a made up language, taking random words from a bunch of languages and you not being able to understand the lyrics yet still understand the song through the feeling the music gives you. I really liked: a beautiful song & amusement park.
You have to respect the balls it takes to make a song like this, mixing so many different vibes together and people liking it. It was a gamble and it worked.

Well, just like almost everyone else here, I have to recommend DMC5's "Bury the Light". By far the best theme in the franchise and one of the best themes I've heard in a game OST.
They're not totally the same, but if you like this song, you should also check out some soundtracks from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. That whole OST is wall-to-wall metal and heavy electronic music. It's rad as hell.
I cannot describe to you how good it felt seeing the reveal for DMC 5 back in 2018 after YEARS of waiting and hearing this *banger* in the background Even now its easily one of the best tracks in an action game PERIOD PS: Each of the MC's has their own battle theme that plays and the song progresses with the in-game style meter. Meaning the better you do, the more *epic* the track gets. Imagine pulling off a sick combo and just hearing *ALL OF THESE VOICES INSIDE MY HEAAAD!* in the background
These themes fit the characters so well it's insane. Nero's about the hype, Dantes all about the fun and creativity, Vs very calm and structured and Vergil is dark and a bit scary.
To clarify on the OST thing, you play as Nero throughout part of DMC5 and the better you do in a fight the more intense the music gets. Also, they full 3D scanned peoples faces to model the characters after which is why they're so detailed.

DMC4 is tied with 3 as my favorite of the series. But the music in 5 hits harder than all the other imo. Like everyone has said, Bury the Light is a definite listen if you liked this.

You should totally react to the Kakegurui Anime Openings & Show, not sure how much you would like the openings but I honestly think you would and the show is crazy, the animation makes your skin crawl and the sound production, from ripping nails to gunshots the show is amazing in every way!!! 💯

I would say check out Answers and Dragonsong from Final Fantasy 14, pretty much all of the Metal Gear Rising Revengeance OST and Bury the Light from DMC 5. Some of my absolute favourite game OSTs.
The reason the face looks so good is because that's a real person's face modeled into the game. The person in question being a British model named Karlo Baker. All the main character's faces are modeled after real people. Their clothes are also directly modeled into the game from real life. Crazy expensive but looks really good. Btw, that's not animation. Animation is when the things in question move. What you are referring to is "graphics" This is a battle theme, meaning that whenever you play as Nero and enter a combat situation, this song plays (with a couple exceptions) An interesting thing they've done is that the better you play and raise the Style ranking, the more of the song gets added.

Each character's "battle theme" like this one plays during any normal group of enemies. The music is dynamic, changing to different parts of the song as you climb higher in rank, reaching the climax of the song as you hit S rank and above, so the better you play, the better the music that plays in the background.
The game utilizes its music so damn well! When you get all the way to SSS rank and you’re flipping around, this song blares in the background the better you play, and then the game rewards you by stopping the game mid-battle with a photo-finish as if to tell you “yeah, you’re killing it so hard you make it look easy!” You can practically classify that feeling as a drug, it’s so potent.
The short haired man in that video is Nero, it's been a few years and he cut his hair. Dante is in it as well, but Nero is one of the main characters. If you love DMC4 and haven't played DMC5, then I would highly recommend you to play that too.
Killer instinct (2013) ost is super good. Tracks that i like from the game is I’m back (to rise), touch me, I’ll break your face, and village of whisper The second song is sang by the same person that sang devil trigger. In killer instinct all the fighters have their own themes. Highly recommend checking it out
If you thought this was sick, check out Silver Bullet, it's a remix of this song put into the late game. but make sure it's the full version too if you want to react to it, there's a 11-minute extended one some people react to where it doesn't have the proper intro.

I think people were referring to "Bury the Light" when they recommended devil may cry 5, the other soundtracks are great as well its just that bury the light is the most iconic in the dmc5.

I think people were referring to "Bury the Light" when they recommended devil may cry 5, the other soundtracks are great as well its just that bury the light is the most iconic in the dmc5.

But then the special edition and DLC released and we got Bury the Light it ended for me ig lol it’s been more than a year -not sure- and I still can’t get through a week without listening to it lmao
