Complete Zygarde is more stronger than mega rayquaza as 1) twister will be not used because by toon clash's rules (I am using his own rules on him) as mega rayquaza seen in hoopa movie was different and original rayquaza do not know twister. (HAHA! i used his rules on him) 2) pokemon generations is not counted as all that happened in it (deoxys vs mega rayquaza match) will be excluded as it is a different series and is not the main series. 3) During the battle the conditions will be that mega rayquaza will be doing dragon ascent and zygarde has enough speed to escape it and he will do his core enforcer and mega rayquaza half health will be gone and mega rayquaza will be smashed at the ground and then he will do another a hyper beam which will throw mega rayquaza away and when mega rayquaza will be in middle of the year his eye will open and will do dragon ascent and zygarde will be also coming with core enforcer and both of them will collapse and mega rayquaza will be left with 0 hp and complete zygarde with 50% hp AND more mega mewtwo also cannot use memory erase in middle of the match as if he can do whole genesect movie will not happen as genesect was angry and any such things related to brain can not be used... as we have seen sheena was not able to connect to giratina's mind as he was very angry... mewtwo was successful to erase ash's mind was because he was not angry.
