50 years old and this Cadillac is just as impressive as it was in 1973, perhaps even more so! Someone with deep pockets is going to be very lucky to own this beauty. I wish it was me.

Boring doesn’t even begin to describe today’s cars. I thought it was bad enough when interiors were a sea of gray. Black is even worse. When I ordered my 1978 Pontiac Bonneville I had a choice of black, red, brown, green or blue cloth. As I have gotten older I don’t see things as well on a black interior, especially at night. Years later I bought a new 1996 Honda Civic. The particular model that I bought had a choice of 3 exterior colors, black, red & a light copper. I will never own another black car and the red was not a clear coat.

Total DREAM CAR! My grandmother had a ‘73 Sedan deVille in Renaissance Gold. It’s been my favorite car since I can remember. Same hub caps too! I love original showroom features! This is PERFECTION! True Cadillac styling is a thing of the past…. The ‘73-‘76 models were the ULTIMATE cars!

A stunning car in as new condition.
Although i am not a fan of pin stripes on this ocassion that red one takes away the all black
    apperance.
With a red interior what is there not to like.
The 70's was by far the pinnacle of USA cars, and i was just a spotty nosed teenager back then.
My friends had the usual Countach posters.not me i used to buy the American car magazines
and kept the centerfold pages for my bedroom walls.
I once went to an American car meet, but the cars were not in this condition.
You have excelled yourself again Bill, i can only watch with envy.
This one should be an easy sale

I had both the '73 Coupe Deville and Sedan Deville. Most stunning of all the luxury cars I ever owned. Parts for the interior were getting difficult to obtain so I sold the coupe to an elderly lady who always wanted one and she traded me her 1976 Olds Delta 88 and cash. I gave the sedan to my X wife to shut her up and she was able to destroy it in just 3 months. Wish I had the coupe today.

Hi Bill from Sydney, Australia. Re the tyres. If they are Uniroyal PURE Synthetic (ie Polyester) they will show no age, no cracking, and no age deterioration EVER as they are PURE SYNTHETIC this was one of the reasons they were created for long life. THEY WILL NOT DRY-ROT EVER. I have a black GM Holden Aust assembled right hand drive 1974 Fleetwood Talisman I have a used set of its original 1974 polyester tyres on a second set of wheel rims and also have ZERO age issues and ZERO cracks.
Additionally I have a big 1967 Jaguar mk10 or 420G as the last versions were called. I have owned it for decades, they were shod ex-factory with Dunlop SP41 Aquajet tyres. Back in 1975 when I bought it , it had a mixed set of tyres, however my mum had bought her brand new one in 1971 and had paid the extra, ie. 3 times the price to get PURE SYNTHETIC Aquajets with fine red rings on them. I bought 2 standard rubber new ones for the front, I have near 50 years later the receipt $27.50 each tyre. My grand dad, mum's dad had a fleet of delivery vans for his 3 huge laundry & dry cleaning factories. When I wanted a set of 5 pure synthetic ones, he came with me to his wholesale tyre guy to get a good lower price, I paid $75 per tyre for each of 5 tyres, they gave exceptional mileage.
I had a used set of 5 of those and a person with a 1971 Aussie GT HO phase 3 Falcon muscle car had put out feelers for anyone with a set of 1970's synthetic Dunlop SP41 Aquajets to make the car factory correct and he was willing to pay big money for the set of 4 or 5 tyre, so I sold all 5 as they just do not crack they are the early bias belt radials , not steel belts , and that is another reason for them lasting as the polyester bias matting allows the black polyester of the tyre body to be at one with one another something that steel and rubber will never be able to do .

Bill, the car doesn't have a telescopic wheel? I have had a few of these. A gold 1971 CDV stands out in my mind. I much prefer these in a hearse set up. Fun fact: The 1973 commercial chassis was sent with the 1972 tail light assembly. The 1973 assembly didn't lend itself well to the coach company designs.
