Respect for any footballer that also has to work a day job.
Absolutely! Must be tricky to juggle
Massive respect to all semi-pro player (except Nathan Tshikuna), the give so much to their clubs and are so connected with their fanbases.
People dnt see the sacrifices
What did Nathan do?
@@yunghp97 he’s a massive glory hunter, dropped down two divisions to play in a cup final at Wembley, at least they lost on pens and he didn’t come on
The coach said that they don't know what happens in Premier league, it's true. I coach grassroots goalkeepers, and I always ask the new keepers what's your favourite team is, and either they don't understand the question or they just say their grassroot team name. Many of my players are not watching the game, but they like to play it.
To be honest, I don't think it's strange. I am the same with golf. I don't like to watch golf but I like to play it.
Fascinating! Thanks for the in-depth look at this level of football. ❤
Our pleasure! We hope you enjoy our content

Appreciate that pal! Thanks for watching 🙌
Great content
Watching from Ghana 🇬🇭
That's Amazing thank you!!
This is a great video. I've been coaching with a USL2 team in the United States (3 tiers under the MLS) over the past few years now and its interesting to see the same issues we as a staff go through with our players and field space. I myself have had to sacrifice a paycheck or two because of lack of funding. Its a small price to pay to do what I love and hopefully progress to a full-time coaching position in the future.
Thank you for watching pal! I'd love to film clubs in the United States!
Freddie Sears in the Bromley top and Dagenham and Redbridge bottoms. Love to see it.
Lovely combo 😂
Class video. Hope i get to have the experience of being a semi-pro/pro player one day, InshaAllah

Haha classic
Freddie Sears... remember his West Ham debut vividly, completely forgot about him!
It's great that he's still playing! Had a brilliant career
Brilliant
Thank you Steve!
How much is their average wages ?
Not sure on official numbers, wages vary a lot in non-league
I train on that pitch 😂

When are you coming to Maidstone again
Hopefully at the start of the season!! Got a really cool idea that I'd love to do 🙌
Freddie Sears, Up the U's!
Super Freddie Sears!
Where is this club
Braintree Town 👍
Guys can be playing literally for free, and you'll still have clueless entitled fans complaining about them being "overpaid".
Just look at international football, where players essentially play for free (unlike managers who are, by definition, never overpaid).
