There is no proper English medicine for psoriasis. Modern medicine is so dangerous in this case. usage of this gradually effect our organs badly. we can cure psoriasis completely but so much possibility to come back ,so we can control through natural medicines(10 gm of bare curcuma(manjal) piece,10 neem leaves and 2 garlic pieces have early morning in bare stomach. after this have one litter water. water will correct your blood circulation and digestion),daily exercise is very important especially walking(body need to be sweat) , yoga especially pranayama, try to become tension free, need good sleep, body needs to get sunlight(especially morning vitamin D3), need proper digestion, correct your food habits. because some food ingredient will give negative impact. that you need to find out and avoid it, body should not dry so have minimum 4 litter water per day. best treatment self analysis and treat yourself. nature of this disease is not common to all persons. so treatment also need some diversity. have fruits especially banana.try to control high calories food, make the oil using the mixture of wrightia tinctoria(botanical name, in ayurveda dhandha pala )leaves (1 kg) and coconut oil(1 1/2 kg) and keeps in the sunlight for 10 days) use the oil externally .after one hour take bath. Use natural soap.After bath have one tea spoon oil internally. please avoid modern medicines. ..simply forget the disease just follow the routine without any ill feeling. think positively. keep the mind always pleasant. dedication is very important.. when you get the full control , gradually change the food habits to a marginal level and test the body reaction.... if its oki you can carry on ....please avoid diary products,red meat for a long period. if you go through this journey, surely get very good result. within 6 months you can enjoy the life as a normal person no doubt...
