  • Today we are cooking some delicious Brown Trout. We serve it with spring onion butter sauce and new potatoes. This brown trout recipe has only a couple of ingredients so it's simple to make. But this recipe definitely is flavourful to eat. This is my best pan-fried Brown trout recipe and you will see that it's so simple and quick to make.
    We also cook spring onion butter sauce and this onion butter sauce is just perfect for our steamed new potatoes and of course with our salted and pan-fried trout.
    I also will show you my "incredible" filleting skills by filleting brown trout in the end of the video. So if you haven't done filleting before, you will get a little hang of it. It's quite simple but of course needs a little practice.
    So this video will so you how to pan-fry brown salmon and how to make spring onion butter sauce.
    You need:
    Brown Trout fillet (or the whole fish if you want to fillet it)
    Butter
    Spring Onions
    Salt
    New Potatoes
