I tried it just keep getting my teeth kicked in by any enemy I come across. For now I quit because it doesn't seem like a fair difficulty maybe I'm doing something wrong but yeah I already knew everything in this video.
@@crimvale9139 it has a pretty serious learning curve, not too mention, its pvp and pve are punishing in different ways. I dont fault you leaving, but the game only gets better as you learn how to deal with enemies and scenarios and learning to improvise!
A massive tip that i only figured out tonight, the goblin merchant sells unidentified gear. Its a great way to boost your character if you have the gold.
It always looked interesting and I just jumped into it blind. Not sure yet how good the game is but there is nothing like the thrill of finding your way through an immersive new game and genre.
It´s a nice game but they should work on their queues because apparently they just look at the item-lvl and not also at the lvl which is wrong, first game I got roflestomped from a lvl 92 player who off course knows a lot better how to play and has all skills unlocked etc. ... but yeah ... let´s start grinding.
It only takes level 15 to have everything unlocked. It's not that big of a handicap going against someone with all skills unlocked. The handicap comes from the skill of the player and their gear.
Like what’s the purpose of going into a new map with the loot you got from the last one. Because if you die, you’re just gonna lose everything so there’s literally no progression.
You use earned gear to become stronger. Allowing you to fight bosses or players with even better gear. As well as going into deeper levels without it being too difficult. Plus you can extract with valuable items that aren't gear to sell
I think the free version is implemented really well. It's a good way to get people to try the game out and have them mull over buying the full version.

This game desperately needs a tutorial or intro. Loaded in with zero idea what was going on. Apparently you die if you don’t do something fast enough, and you don’t keep your things. I died just reading my items 😢
So what happens when I die with an inventory worth a bunch of real life money and nobody picks up the loot and the match ends? I just lose $20 irl because I got overwelmed by skeletons or something
Yes. So when you first start you will have whatever gear is on your character. After some time if you escape and gear up, and then you die. You will be in the tavern with the base gear again.

this is one of the first games I've tried in awhile that isn't a competitive shooter that I actually enjoy playing

Yeah. Which means probably don't use real money for things until you're very well versed at the game.
