As the person that made most of the non-hitbox related edits, the reason ROB's jet fuel takes so long to recover is because the recharge speed is hard coded to recharge at a specific speed and isn't easilly changeable. Also it only doesn't have infinite fuel simply because I didn't feel like giving him infinite lol.

I'll think about nerfing it since it appears that there's no general counter to it and that it's extremely spammable (At least with MK's Tornado, it's not very strong against shields and it's still possible to punish him during its endlag where he has 24 frames of vulnerability). Also, I just released the newest update to CHAO5 about the same time you released this video! Hopefully you'll do another revisit when we actually get all the characters done!

Like, i get the point is to make everyone BROKEN in this mod but I wonder how it would be if the Broken-ness was turned down but characters still got more stuff that made them feel more well rounded

What if you did a toon link bomb match in a custom stage kind of like a handball field. Put explosives on each end (goal) and whoever gets to 10 goals first wins. I suppose there should be something like a “do not cross” line in the middle, so it’s about throwing fastballs at each other’s goal

They just go "Ok, amplify this by a crazy amount" or "Give this __ status effect" Brawl Minus gave characters new attributes and was still balanced. Everyone just was more powerful, not "do 50% with stupid knockback moves" powerful.

A cyborg is a human with robotic modifications, whereas Rock (later Megaman) is more like an android, a sentient robot created by Doctor Light with no physical human parts Anyway great video, and congras to Cfive for winning.
