October 26th marked the 103rd Anniversary of the 2nd Infantry Division Republic of Korea-U.S. Combined Division. 2IDRUCD was formed in Bourmont, France in 1917 and has played a major role in World Wars I and II, the Korean War, the Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan.

Tip Of The Spear! I was attached to the 2nd Inf. Div. with C Trp 4th Sqdn 7th US Cavalry. I served at Camp Rice/Camp Garry Owen from Mar '74 to May '75 as _The Eyes And Ears_ of the 2nd Inf. Div. I was an *11 Delta Reconnaissance Scout Specialist.* We patrolled the 12-mile corridor between North and South Korea. I turned *18* on the DMZ. _Garry Owen!!_
