    So you made a documentary about Tanzanite without showing one. Quite impressive ! You went all the way to Tanzania and filmed all the mines, spoke with dozens of miners and you didn`t manage to capture a finished stone.

    As an ex jeweller I can say we didn’t see them all that often but they are memorable when you do, a rich blue with a touch of mauve or purple, but very subtle, slightly fragile to mount, care required.

    Much good information around the mining, many nice landscapes, but NO stones in this "documentary° - not even ONE closeup of rough, - disappointing!!!

    This gem documentary rarely shows the gems. Stopped after 20 mins. Waste of time, sorry.

    lets look humanitarians and add 2 minuts of indigenous images before stealing their natural treasures,
    Africa is most richest country with incredible natural treasures but staying the most poor..
    Few of those Tanzanite stones can buy "Eco-Stoves" for the whole village!
